The problem

An amateur football club tracked monthly dues, fines and contributions in WhatsApp messages and a shared spreadsheet. Nobody could see who owed what, receipts got lost, and match records lived in people's heads.

What we did

Members log in to see exactly what they owe, pay online and upload a receipt; admins approve payments, record matches live (goals, cards, injury time), run tournaments and export debt reports for WhatsApp or PDF. It runs as a website, an installable app and an Android APK, and stays in sync with the club's existing Google Sheet.

The result

77 members onboarded, 173 releases shipped, and the platform is now offered to other clubs as a branded product (see the live demo).

The problem

A growing church with campuses in four cities needed a site that staff could update themselves, plus tools for members and pastors, without paying monthly for a developer.

What we did

Public website with 17 admin-editable sections (photos, programs, sermons, giving details, even colours); a member app with four offline Bible translations, quizzes and study plans; and a Pastor App that opens PDF or Word sermons and makes every scripture reference tappable. Delivered as two Android apps plus an installable web app.

The result

53 releases, two Android APKs, live on zero-cost hosting with email alerts for every message the church receives.

The problem

A well-established supplier had no online presence. Their product range, and their ISO-style company profile, were only visible to people who walked into the store.

What we did

Ten product ranges shown through galleries of 89 of the client's own photos, a browsable company-profile page, quote requests that open WhatsApp with the product pre-filled, and an admin panel where the owner edits every word, uploads photos and adds products without touching code.

The result

Delivered in two weeks with the client's real photos and official logo. The owner manages the site independently.

The problem

A fashion brand wanted to sell online without card-gateway fees or paperwork, while keeping payment on WhatsApp where their customers already are.

What we did

Catalogue with sizes and colours, cart, and a checkout that opens WhatsApp with the full order pre-typed and a unique order number. The owner gets an instant Telegram alert and manages orders, stock, products and customers from an admin dashboard. Installable on phones as an app.

The result

Delivered with 14 products and running on free-tier hosting; stock is decremented automatically at checkout and restored on cancellation.

The problem

A laundry business needed customers to book pickups without phone calls, and needed to change prices and areas themselves.

What we did

Customers pick a service and plan, choose a pickup slot and enter an address; the booking is sent to the business on WhatsApp. The owner edits prices, add-ons, FAQs and service areas from an admin panel.

The result

Built and ready; launching on the client's domain.

The problem

People wanted Scripture and encouragement on their phones without data costs or app-store friction.

What we did

An installable web app bundling four public-domain translations, a daily verse that changes at midnight, topic-based verse finder, a five-level quiz, reading plans, saved verses and read-aloud. Set up for Google Play packaging.

The result

Live and free. A working example of a mobile-first, offline-capable app.

The problem

Truck loading ran on paper tickets, phone calls and trust. A driver could load the wrong quantity, and there was no reliable record matching what the meter actually measured.

What we did

Built on Ignition Perspective with PostgreSQL: a transaction state machine from check-in to dispatch, six business rules enforced in the database itself, contactless driver cards, and pre-staged recipes written to the Smith Meter AccuLoad IV controllers over Modbus so loading continues even if the office network drops. The plant HMI (tanks, valves, bottling, fire network) was rebuilt into the same application.

The result

Phase 1 built and packaged with a full design specification, installation guide and licence schedule; commissioning is next.

The problem

The station owner needed an independent engineer to check the contractor's design and two competing equipment offers before committing.

What we did

Reviewed roughly 100 FEED documents across eight disciplines, drafted the PLC I/O mapping matrix and control architecture (process automation, SIL 2 safety system, fire & gas), compared the two vendor offers and flagged six red flags, produced process flow and P&ID drawings, and represented the consultancy at the site inspection.

The result

Client received a clear, plain-English picture of the design, its risks and the questions to put to the contractor before signing.

The problem

The plant's P&IDs existed, but nobody had turned them into the signal list, rack layout and interlocks a PLC programmer needs.

What we did

Tag-by-tag I/O list with signal types, ranges and card/channel allocation, a recommended Allen-Bradley rack layout, safety interlocks per area and a commissioning checklist, exported as CSV for direct import.

The result

125 I/O points (35 AI, 6 AO, 53 DI, 31 DO) across three P&ID sheets, ready for the programming phase.

The problem

A terminal extension had a P&ID but no agreed description of control loops, alarms, interlocks and emergency shutdown.

What we did

Design-basis tables from the P&ID, a layered control architecture (basic process control, safety system, fire & gas), and control loops, alarms, interlocks and ESD actions per system, generated from a script so revisions are reproducible.

The result

Rev A issued for review covering four 7,602 m³ tanks, four loading pumps and four loading arms.

The problem

The vessel's alarm HMIs needed replacing, and three lower-deck general-alarm sounders were not activating, a safety issue for the crew.

What we did

Backed up the project from a working reference panel, restored it to two new SIMATIC KTP400 panels, configured Profinet and power, then traced the sounder fault and fixed it with a relay-based circuit before a full alarm test from the pilot board.

The result

Signed purchase order, three to four days on board, job closed with a signed completion report.

The problem

Whole module groups of the monitoring system were dead. One faulty field input was dragging the 24 V supply down to 8 V and tripping the distribution switch. Later, a distributed processing unit went down.

What we did

Isolated the supply input by input while monitoring voltage to find the single circuit at fault, set up a secure on-board link for a remote session with the manufacturer to confirm every module was healthy, and on the second visit traced the processing unit to a cable mismatch and blown fuse.

The result

All modules restored and fully functional; broken backup network lines documented for the owner's repair list.

The problem

The crew reported a complete loss of the Praxis automation system with no obvious cause.

What we did

Structured fault isolation outward from the server found a physically broken primary communication cable; a new cable was routed on a secured path and verified end-to-end before energising.

The result

Every network device reporting again and the system handed back fully operational the same day.

The problem

The right-hand AIS display on the bridge was frozen, and the engine-room fire-suppression sub-station had a damaged circuit board and cabling after engine work.

What we did

Documented both faults in diagnostic reports, sourced a DNV-approved replacement fire unit with fire-rated cabling, and quoted supply, installation, loop testing and commissioning.

The result

Purchase order received; replacement and commissioning scheduled.

The problem

The only available liquid gauge visual was abandoned and showed percentage height, not real volume, so dashboards misled readers.

What we did

Rebuilt the visuals on the current Power BI API with correct volume physics for each tank shape, data-bound min/max ranges, K/M/B value formatting and wave animation.

The result

Three installable visuals that coexist in one report, delivered across two iterations.

The problem

The plant had a good manual but nothing to teach from.

What we did

A reproducible generator that lays out modules, content and colour-coded DANGER / NOTE / KEY POINT call-outs in a consistent theme.

The result

37 slides across five modules; the method is reusable for any SOP or safety manual.
